After pipeline
inspections are completed, the field data is analyzed for any remediation
that may be necessary. Often, exposed and/or suspended pipeline is
discovered and must be stabilized before the washed out areas increase
to the point of comprimising the integrity of the pipeline.
We have developed
successful techniques that are based on many years experience of working
with pipeline companies nationwide on many types of waterways. The
stabilization process used is based on the hydrographic conditions
of the pipeline crossing. Our cost-effective methods allow the pipline
to remain in service, avoiding costly shutdowns.
Feel free to contact
us with any questions you may have regarding any of our underwater
services. We have sucessfully stabilized hundreds of pipeline waterway
crossings and continue to re-inspect pipeline crossings we have repaired
to find them still stable after many years.
The dymanics of the river bottom and water current can expose your
lines to hazards. The following illustrates various pipeline conditions
and one of the successful repair alternatives involving grout bag
stabilization.
